With 13 years spent in the profession of early childhood education I have transitioned between teaching, leadership and management positions.
In 2018 I decided to change my direction and now share a passion for leadership and mentoring other educators, early childhood teachers and early learning services.
With a new age contemporary process, I aim to empower both teams and individuals, outfitting them with tools and strategies to help them succeed in their roles.
As an advocate for challenging traditional perspectives of children, you and your teams will be inspired to reflect and question service practice that strive to enhance the learning outcomes for your children.
At present I offer a small suite of quality professional learning opportunities which can be tailored to fit in line with your individual service or geographic location.
The professional mentoring program is also currently available for individual educators, leaders or an entire leadership team. This program is offered in face to face, external modes of delivery, or a mixture of both, where delivery is dependent on the mentee’s preferences, location and accessibility.
Alternatively, I am available to attend your services professional development days or events to motivate, inspire and reflect on topics or trends that are significant to your service at the time.
